Rozita Washington-Davis applies this philosophy to her personal and professional life daily. As the President and Chief Executive Officer of Leading Through Change, Inc. (LTC), Ms. Washington-Davis encourages her team to be exceptional while striving to make a difference. She contributes the success of her organization to a spirit of excellence, perseverance and a heart to sow into others.
 
After a 10-year stint with a Fortune 500 company, Washington-Davis was confronted with the reality of being a victim to downsizing. She then took a leap of faith and founded LTC in 1997. LTC has successfully implemented solutions for organizations representing more than 12 industries. Certified as an MBE and WBENC (woman-owned), LTC has assisted government and commercial clients such as the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS), Kaiser Permanente, to name a few.
 
Washington received a B.S. in Industrial Technology/Engineering from the University of Maryland. She earned an M.A. in Human Resources Development from Bowie State University. In 2009, Washington received a Masterårtificate in Government Contracting from the George Washington University School of Business and her Project Management Professional Certification from Project Management Institute. Among her professional affiliations and achievements, Washington is a certified member of Womenµsiness Enterprise National Council (WBENC), Women PresidentŤucational Organization (WPEO), Vistage International and Womenвesident Organization (WPO). She is a committee member of WPEOårtification Committee for the Washington Metropolitan area and a graduate of Leadership Prince George࡮d Dale Carnegie Leadership Institute. In addition, she is a professional affiliate of the American Society of Training and Development. As Education Chair for the Ambassadors for Economic Independence Committee, Washington contributes to the organizations�sion to decrease the growing trend of poverty amongst low-income, women-headed householders within the Washington region through direct grant funding. Additional notable accomplishments include Dorothy B. Brothers Executive Scholarship Award Recipient, the Top 40 Under 40 Achievement Award and honoree by the 100 Black Men of Greater Washington DC and Maryland for Service Excellence. Washington encourages her team to be exceptional while striving to make a difference. She contributes the success of her organization to a spirit of excellence and perseverance.
 
Throughout her illustrious career as a business owner, Washington-Davis࣯mmitment to her family and community is evident. She sponsors several Summer Youth Programs, scholarships for high school students, families with children and she to various non-profit organizations.
 
In actualizing her vision, Washington-Davis has executed a savvy business approach that incorporates a plan for perfection, a commitment to service, and a superior level of achievement.
